What can I book on holidayheroes PRO?
Travel packages combining flights and hotels dynamically – including low-cost carriers, city trips, and off-the-beaten-path destinations.
Can I set my own margin?
Yes, totally flexible. You can adjust your margin per booking or set your defaults.
How can I adjust my commission?
On holidayheroes PRO, you can adjust the final price for each offer – before sharing it or sending it via paxconnect. This gives you full flexibility to control your commission for every booking.
Directly on holidayheroes PRO:
Once you’ve found an offer:
- Click “Add to offer” and save it.
- Go to “Offers” at the top right and open the offer.
- Click the pencil icon and adjust the final price.
- This is the price your customer will see.
Share the link – and your customer can book right away. Done!
How it works with paxconnect:
- Find the right holiday package.
- Click “Add to paxconnect”.
- Adjust the price – this is what your customer will see.
- Click “Send to paxconnect” – and that’s it!
How do I send an offer to a customer?
Very easily! Select the offers you like for your customer, click ‘Add to offer’ and assign them. A link will be generated, which you can send via email, WhatsApp or share on your Social Media.
Additionally, you can also send offers via Paxconnect in Germany. Just click ‘Add to paxconnect’, and it’ll appear in your paxlounge ready to send.
Can my customers book directly?
Yes! Direct bookings save you time – your customers book and pay themselves. You stay in the loop with booking confirmation and automatic assignment including commission.
Here’s how:
Via holidayheroes PRO:
1. Go to the offer page and click “Share” (top right)
2. Copy the link and send it via WhatsApp, email or social media
Or activate it in paxlounge:
1. Settings > Agency Management > Bookings
2. Settings > System Connections > holidayheroes
3. When you find a suitable offer, you just have to click ‘Add to paxconnect’, and it’ll appear in your lounge ready to send.
(Important: This does not work in Microsoft Edge browser due to a limitation on paxlounge)
Can I share offers via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook?
Sure! Just click ‘Share’ on the offer to get a link. Send it via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Add a screenshot or image – and it’s ready to go.
Do you use direct customer payment?
Yes. Customers pay holidayheroes PRO directly – by credit card, PayPal or Klarna. You don’t have to handle anything – confirmations and commission are handled automatically.
Do you offer a white-label or iFrame solution?
Currently, holidayheroes PRO is only available through our own platform for registered heroes.
But: We’re working on it. Soon, your customers will be able to browse and book via holidayheroes PRO directly – and you’ll still earn your full commission. Stay tune!
Can I add empty days between hotel stays?
Not yet. Currently, continuous hotel occupancy is required – but we’re working on empty-day functionality.
Can I book multiple rooms (e.g. family with 2 rooms)?
Yes, you can book multiple rooms at once on holidayheroes PRO, perfect for trips with friends or family.
Here is how it works:
– On the offer page, just click “Add room.”
– Each room can be customized, paid for, and managed individually.
– Before payment, we automatically check the availability of all selected rooms.
Good to know:
– One person can pay for all, or you can share the link and each traveler pays separately.
– All bookings must be completed within 120 minutes.
– The booking is only confirmed once all rooms are paid.
Can I make group bookings?
Bookings for more than 9 passengers aren’t available online yet, but our service team will gladly support you offline. This feature is also on our roadmap to be possible soon.
Can I book just flight or just hotel?
holidayheroes PRO is all about packages.
Can I create round trips or stopovers?
Not yet. We start with simple combos – more complex routes are coming.
Can I hold or reserve an offer (option)?
Not at the moment. All offers are based on real-time availability and prices.
This means you can’t hold an option with a fixed price for several days.

We don’t have an official agent discount program yet, but we are working on it. If you’d like to book something for yourself, just send us the offer you are interested in, and we’ll check if a discount can be applied.
